My top 3 recommendations for acoustic guitars
When in comes time to buy your first acoustic guitar, the options are endless. What size should i get? How much should i spend? what type of wood should i get? I think it’s safe to say, it can get quite overwhelming. After trying a variety of different acoustic guitars and experimenting, here are my top 3 recommended acoustic guitars.
1. Yamaha FG800M

I don’t personally own this guitar, but i’ve read a ton of positive reviews across the internet and have heard nothing but great things about this guitar. With a name brand like yamaha you can expect quality every time. At only 259.99$ i think this would be my top pick on a budget.
2. Yamaha Storia 3

I personally own this guitar, and it sounds, looks and plays great. If you can stretch your budget a little bit, this is a great option. It comes in a gloss finish and a built in pickup for all your gigging needs. At 499.99$ i can’t recommend this guitar enough.
3. Taylor Academy 12e

At around 899.99$ this guitar is a little heavier on the budget, but man does it sound great. There’s a reason some of the top guitarist in the world use Taylor guitars, they are exceptional. One of the coolest things about this guitar is the fact that it comes with a nice bevel to rest your arm. It has a nice rich and warm sound to boot. If budget is not much of a problem, definitely check out this guitar, it rivals guitars that cost 2 to 3x more.
